Sun Premier Village Primavera
At an online ceremony, all four of Sun Property’s landmark projects were honoured with a best-in-country award: Sun Plaza Grand World (Quang Ninh Province) – ‘Best Commercial Renovation Vietnam’; Sun Premier Village Primavera (Phu Quoc Island City) – ‘Best Leisure Architecture in Vietnam’; Sun Grand City Feria (Halong City) ‘Best Mixed-Use Development Vietnam and Sun Grand City New An Thoi (Phu Quoc) – ‘Best Mixed-Use Architecture Vietnam.
Sun Property also scooped two regional honours as Sun Plaza Grand World and Sun Premier Village Primavera were named ‘Best Commercial Renovation Asia Pacific’ and ‘Best Leisure Architecture Asia Pacific’ respectively. These two properties will now represent the region in these categories at the International Property Awards (IPA) 2021 to be held later this year.
The awards for these four outstanding Vietnamese properties will come as no surprise to anyone working in the real estate or tourism industry. They all feature a superlative, world class design in a breathtaking location.
Sun Plaza Grand World
Located on the coast of the rejuvenated Bai Chay beach in Ha Long City in the northeastern province of Quang Ninh, Sun Plaza Grand World impressed APPA judges for meeting all criteria in regards to location, architecture and business potential and duly landed the ‘Best Commercial Renovation Vietnam’ award.
For this project, Sun Property and its international partners, including WATG – US and EGO – Italy, collaborated to create luxurious shophouse streets, which pay tribute to iconic architectural styles from around the world.
Each subsection, whether its stylistic hallmarks are European, Australian or Moroccan, has its own distinctive design and evocative atmosphere to offer residents and visitors a truly unique commercial townhouse experience. The property is undoubtedly a suitable destination to provide a variety of tourism and hospitality services in the northeast of Vietnam.
Sun Grand City Feria
Also situated along Bai Chay, Sun Grand City Feria was named “ Best Mixed Use Development Vietnam” thanks to its smart planning and harmonious integration with the natural landscape on the banks of the Vinh river. As the first Sun Property project to be developed in Ha Long, Sun Grand City Feria offers elegant, luxurious resort-style villas, which have elevated accommodation options in this coastal city, which sits on the threshold of the heavenly World Heritage Ha Long Bay.

Located on the sublime southern shores of Phu Quoc Island City, Sun Premier Village Primavera’s Mediterranean-style shophouses and evocative streets are nestled amidst a hilly terrain. Built using top-notch construction techniques, and incorporating sophisticated artistic elements, Sun Premier Village Primavera is undoubtedly a new benchmark for luxury real estate in Vietnam.

House blocks of a similar height are placed closely to each other on perpendicular roads to form a square or rectangular neighborhood that from above has the appearance of a checkerboard. The planning model, which is a new design trend around the world encourages sustainable mobility within the village and offers an ideal harmonious ambiance for residents in terms of lifestyle, business and movement. It is seen as a pioneer for future residential real estate projects in Vietnam.
All of these successes at APPA 2021 once again underlines Sun Property’s position as the premier developer of luxury real estate and tourism property in Vietnam.
